[EnergyPlus_Support] Weather File - Freetown, Sierra Leone

Does anyone have (or know where I can get) a weather file for Freetown,
Sierra Leone?

The closest available weather file I can find is for Dakar Senegal, which is
probably a close approximation.  I just wanted to check and see if one was
available before I used Dakar.

Any information someone could provide would be greatly appreciated.
