[EnergyPlus_Support] Latent-Sensible heat

Hi,
Does an EnergyPlus calculation includes the LATENT heat storage 
capacity of materials? 
I want integrate Phase Change Materials into my building model. 
The latent heat storage capacity of PCM occures almost without a 
change in temperature and is much more as the sensible heat storage 
capacity. I want show this effect. I replaced the concrete of my 
Trombe Walls with PCM but the result is not as desired hence I ask 
me if EnergyPlus considers the Latent heat storage capacity.
