[EnergyPlus_Support] economic analysis

I would like to do a economic analysis ... I search a analyser to calculate 
the cost of the energy, that go with energyplus

I view HPBAnalyser in a project... but I doesn't found that on the web.

If you have a idea to do this kind of analyze, please tell me!
