[EnergyPlus_Support] generating weather file

 I am trying to simulate new buildings. but here in my
country the national meteorological service doesn't
have enough weather data for the place i need. but
they have only monthly average, and i need to
interpolate and generate an .epw data to use in my
simulation.
So is there any one help me how can i do this.
please tell me the steps and procuders to follow or is
there any method to work on this
