[EnergyPlus_Support] update to open source EPlusInterface

For windows users - you no longer need to have python installed
  Go to the web site <http://www.tc.umn.edu/~phili009/EPlusInterface/>
  Download EPlusEXE.zip and unzip it
  Open the folder EPlusEXE
  Double click on 'EPlusInterface.exe'


A brief description of the software

This is a toy interface for EnergyPlus. It allows you to view an energyplus file. Right 
now it lets you view the sample file "5ZoneDD.idf". You are welcome   to use the code. 
It is not well documented at the moment....but will soon have   more comments so 
that it makes sense and you can modify it
