[EnergyPlus_Support] Error on the output files reading

Dear Sir,

I was running E+ version 1.2.0 and I couldn´t manage to see the output files trhorugh EP-Launch. I was able using Word and  Word Pad. Did I have to do something else in order to open those files as I used to do in the previous version?
