Just to be clear -- for opaque surfaces you'd use:
Thermal Emittance = Far Infrared Emmittance
Solar Absorptance = 1 - (Solar Reflectance)
Visible Absorptance = 1 - (VIS reflectance)

Materials
Just to clear this up ...
The IDF file requires the following properties:
Thermal Emittance
Solar Absorptance
Visible Absorptance
The Laboratory Testing paper provides the following properties:
Reflectances Solar, UV, VIS, NIR
Far Infrared Emmittance.
How do we get from one to the other ?
