The source I used was a table published in:

Just to clear this up ...  
The IDF file requires the following properties:  
Thermal Emittance  
Solar Absorptance  
Visible Absorptance  

The Laboratory Testing paper provides the following  properties:  
Reflectances Solar, UV, VIS, NIR  
Far Infrared Emmittance.  

How do we get from one to the other ?
