[EnergyPlus_Support] Fatal Error!

Hi,

I need help to solve a fatal error. Without solving it i can´t 
continue working.


** Severe  ** Temperature out of bounds (-108.88) for surface=PISO 
04:ZN001 CHÃO 1 occuring in simulation=CHICAGO IL USA TMY2-94846 
WMO#=725300 at 03/26 15:10 A temperature out of bounds problem can be 
caused by several things.  The user should check the weather 
environment, the level of internal gains with respect to the zone, 
and the thermal properties of their materials among other things.
** Fatal  ** EnergyPlus has exited due to the reason stated above


I have one more question:
I´m simulating a several floors building, i need to know if i need to 
divide each ceiling of several zones to correspond to the floor of 
other zone.
