I beg to differ with R Raustad's reply.
You can do this but you will have to change/add some things to the batch
file or run the "readvars" program yourself.
If you have both hourly and daily report variable requests, then the .eso
file will contain both frequencies.
Then, you will need to run the readvars program thus:
readvarseso testday.in daily
readvarseso testhr.in hourly
You will need to save the eplusout.csv files in between the two runs or
make your input files output to different files:
testday.in might contain (as the first two lines)
eplusout.eso
eplusdyout.csv
testhr.in might contain (in the first two lines):
eplusout.eso
eplushrout.csv
you would then need to save the eplusdyout.csv and eplushrout.csv files
