There are at least two ways to approach this:

1) as you say, combine all the windows of the same type on the same wall to 
one of equivalent area.  Studies have shown the results to be very similar 
and the less surfaces will take less computation time.

2) there is a Window Multiplier in the Window/Surface:HeatTransfer:Sub object.
   N2 , \field Multiplier
        \note Used only for Surface Type = WINDOW or GLASSDOOR
        \note Non-integer values will be truncated to integer
        \default 1.0
        \minimum 1.0

You can use this field to easily have the number of windows "multiplied" on 
a wall.

Note that the field in the zone "Solar Distribution" should then be 
"FullExterior" and NOT "FullExteriorandInterior".
