If you run the weather converter (to get statistics or .csv version) and
there is no "ASHRAE" design day data, it will produce some statistics that
should help you make a design day.

Run the WeatherConverter program and make a .csv file -- then use Excel or
some other spreadsheet program to read the .csv file. It will show
"headers" for each of the fields and should make more sense.

From the main document menu, choose the "Auxiliary Programs/Developer
Guides" (left hand column). The Auxiliary Programs document is the 4th
item in this sub-menu. Choose Auxiliary Programs. Alternatively, look in
the AuxiliaryPrograms.pdf file in the Documentation folder under the main
EnergyPlus folder.
