Not so sure about above error messages but this one

>    ** Warning ** Did not find "Mixed Air Node 1" in list of Sections

is due to the two lines in your included input that end in ";"

Change to:
SET POINT MANAGER:MIXED AIR,
     Mixed Air Temp Manager 1,
     TEMP,
     CC Air Outlet Node 1,    ! reference node
     Mixed Air Node 1,        !- Fan_Inlet_Node
     CC Air Outlet Node 1,     !- Fan_Outlet_Node
     Mixed Air Node 1;        !- Name of the set point Node or Node List

and see if that helps.
