[EnergyPlus_Support] Single Zone system model

I would like to simulate a Single Zone system with an economizer, 
i.e. a constant volume system that heats or cools the air as required 
to meet the zone setpoint, and has an outdoor air mixer.  The system 
should not use both heating and cooling coils at the same time (as in 
a constant volume reheat system).

What is the easiest way to set up this system in EnergyPlus?
