[EnergyPlus_Support] Material Properties

Hi All
 
In material-regular catagory i am working with two objects. 
 
1. 0.5 mm galv. steel sheet
2. Insulated Polyurethane (125 mm) 
 
Is there any energyplus recommended material guideline ? Or is there any standard source from where we could collect the value of the material properties. Could anyone help me in this regard.
