[EnergyPlus_Support] Tempature outside the buildings

Hello,

I have a question related to the outside temperature around building.
Could EnergyPlus simulate a building which has different outside 
temperature for each floor?
I mean the heat rejection from the air conditioner will increase the 
temperature around building,
and I want to add the discussion of the increase temp into building 
energy simulation.
How sensitively EnergyPlus can simulate for the different outside 
temperature?
Is there any example talking about this issue?
