[EnergyPlus_Support] Underfloor heating with baseboards

I have uploaded a file to the "Sam Roose" folder containing an underfloor
heating variation for a school. Everything looks AOK with the exception of
period where the "Marae" schedule runs. This controls the heating times for
four days every couple of months or so and is meant to run the baseboard
heaters for 24 hours/day. However, when the zone temperatures are plotted
for July, they drop to around 5 degrees instead of the desired temperature
of 20 degrees. I can't find anything in the schedule which would influence
this but can't think of anything else which might cause this temperature
drop. Any ideas?
