[EnergyPlus_Support] a room facing North or South

Dear all,

My emerging problem is that I obtain that the room
facing north consumes more electricity for cooling
than that room facing south. Different facing is
obtained when the surface geometry key (in surface
geometry) is changed from absolute to relative and
then degree in North axes (in location) changed to be
either 0 or 180. When I inspect my dxf file with
architectural desktop, I obtain the expected direction
of my building (room) (either north or south).
I am puzzled if the problem is in my interpretation of
geometry or else.
