If you put in:

report, surfaces, COSTINFO;

The program generates eplusout.sci which has unique surfaces and their areas.
It may be useful to check things like window-wall-ratio.

The next release (V1.2.1) will have a more complete (and documented) Cost 
Estimation feature.
