[EnergyPlus_Support] Lo Temp Radiant Hydronic outputs

E+ provides

 Maximum cold water flow [m3/s]
 Hydronic tubing length [m]

as outputs from the Lo Temp Radiant Hydronic component.

1. In a ceiling panel configuration, these two values seem to produce
a total panel area that is about 20% larger than the manufacturers
(Sterling, in particular) indicate. It would be an expensive
difference. Can anyone comment on this?

2. What are the input parameters that have the biggest impact? The
inlet water temperature (from the 'cooling control temperature
schedule') doesn't seem to have much effect.

I've set the radiant system to have priority over the VAV:Reheat.

Thanks for any comments,
Shaun
