[EnergyPlus_Support] Inside Convective Coefficient and Radiation

Is there a radiation factor that is included in that quantity called 
the "inside convection coefficent".  By the name I would assume not.  But if 
not what is the quantity or algorithms that accounts for radiation?  Thanks.
