[EnergyPlus_Support] Special Day Period

I copied the Special Day Period from
C:\EnergyPlus\DataSets\USHolidays-DST.idf to
Chesapeake_DXVAV_SA55_4.IDF, which has been uploaded to the
EnergyPlus_Support Groups under my ID already.

The simulation is for 2003, therefore the start day was on Wednesday.

The strange thing is that: the special holiday has 1 day delay in
the simulation result. e.g. look at the GeneralLights:Electricity,
Jan. 2 is holiday because it uses less electricity, not Jan. 1 (New
Years Day); Nov. 12 is holiday, not Nov.11 (Veterans Day)...

Could you please tell me what's wrong with my program ?
