RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] mundt model

No you can use Mundt model with Comis and no HVAC.  The model is only for a displacement ventilation air system.   
 
As far as the roomair node temperatures, unfortunately you can not get output reports for them.  This seems to have been a mistake in the code where the report variables were not setup.  Thanks for pointing this out -- I'll try to correct it for the next release. 
 
I would suggest using the more advanced UCSC displacement vent model instead of the Mundt model.
