In the <Zone Sizing Information> report in the eio output file, all of the zone 
design loads are zero.  This usually indicates a problem with the thermostat 
inputs.  The Zone_control_type_day schedule is incorrect.  It it always 0.044, 
which is interpreted as zero which means no heating or cooling is active.  This 
schedule should only contain integer values from 0 to 4.  See the section about 
Zone Control:Thermostatic in the Input Output Reference (p. 659, pdf p. 689) 
for an explanation of the thermostat control type schedule.
