[EnergyPlus_Support] heating/cooling loads

Dear all,
I simulate a building has a sunspace. i specified two design days (summer
and winter design day)i can get some output data e.g belong to these
days.Everything is ok.
I made a simulation. i formed runperiod from the beginning of third month
to the end of that month. and asked for heating loads but gave error about
system sizinig.
But i want to get annual or monthly heating/cooling loads without
specifying an active system but only setting zone comfort temperature for
example 19 centigrate degree for winter conditions and 24 centigrate
degree
for summer conditions. thanks for all
