These warnings come from the controller for the reheat coil in the VAV unit and 
indicate that the controller was not able to match the zone load within the 
specified convergence tolerance .  Using a larger value in the "convergence 
tolerance" field in the SINGLE DUCT:VAV:REHEAT object can get rid of these 
warnings, but it may cause other iteration problems elsewhere in the 
simulation.  If the zone temperature is maintained close to the desired 
setpoint, then you can ignore these warnings.
