If possible, send me (linda@xxxxxxxxxx) or upload your input file.

This means that you have put too many items under the 
Ventilation:Mechanical object but we've had cases where the source was 
unintentionally not updated properly so I'd like to give it a look.

Are you using the IDFEditor?
