RadLoTempHydrTermReheat.idf include a constant voume terminal reheat system for 
cooling, so I would expect the total heating load to be higher.  
RadLoHydrHeatCoolAuto.idf would give a better comparison (with Milano design 
days instead of Chicago design days).
