[EnergyPlus_Support] PurchAir 210 MJ/m2/year, RadLoTempHydrTermReheat 314 MJ/m2/year



Using the Milano (Italy) weather file,  I'm running the example file 
PurchAir.idf and I get a PurchasedHeating:facility of 210 MJ/m2/year 
( its 130 m2 building), when I run, with the same weather file, the 
same building, with RadLoTempHydrTermReheat.idf I get a 
PurchasedHeating:facility of 314 MJ/m2/year. It looks like a big 
difference. I'd appreciate any help to understand this.
