Look in the datasets folder.  There are several libraries...

 From the readme:

     \DataSets - "library" files
              Since EnergyPlus does not include "library files", we will
              include Reference Data Sets (RDS) in EnergyPlus input file
              format for your use.  You will need to copy and paste appropriate
              items into your idf files.  (Note -- you
              should not just copy everything, typically.)
        <various data sets including materials, design days, locations, 
constructions, etc>

     \MacroDataSets - "library" files
              These are "macroized" reference data sets.  They are meant to 
be used
              in conjunction with the EPMacro program and other input data
              file segments.  See the description in the "Output Details, 
Examples, and
              Libraries" document.
