[EnergyPlus_Support] Help for the fluid loop

Dear all,

     Is there a virtual loop for refrigerants in EnergyPlus? 
How does the component obtain the fluid properties for simulation?
Is there a routine included in every HVAC component specially for 
the processing of the fluid properties?
