[EnergyPlus_Support] about heat load!

hi,
  i want to ask a question about how to gain the heat load of  everyday. How should i fill in the report
 because i check the .rdd file, i found that i can only gain the Zone/Sys Sensible Heating Rate but not the Zone/Sys Heating Rate!
