[EnergyPlus_Support] Change wheather files

Dear sirs,

I amtrying to change some data in a epw file using a procedure that worked well in previous version of E+ for some reason (with the latest version) it is not working. The procedure has the following steps:

  1.. Convert the epw file into a csv file using the wheather converter
  2.. Open the csv file from Excell and change text into columns
  3.. Change the data 
  4.. Save the file as csv file
  5.. Convert the modified csv file into a epw file
In the last step a error occurred and it is informed that a reading error was made during conversion. Do you have any suggestions to fix this problem?
