No, it is not possible to read an external file with hourly values in the current version.  The next version (v1.2.2), however, includes a new schedule object that will allow you to read 8760 hours of data from an external file.  
 
In the meantime, it is possible to set up an hourly schedule with different values for every hour of your simulation using the regular schedule objects.  In the past, I've used an Excel spreadsheet to convert a column of data into the text for the DAYSCHEDULE:INTERVAL object.  DAYSCHEDULE:LIST could also be used.
