[EnergyPlus_Support] Irradiance

Dear All,

My question concerns the irradiance calculations performed in EnergyPlus for
tilted surfaces. When EnergyPlus performs these calculations, does it
interpolate (linear or otherwise)the coefficients provided in Table 16 (from
the Perez Model) or does just use limits and choose the values that correspoint
to Epsilon? Also, as I look at the original paper (Perez et al., 1990)--does
Ih represent diffuse horizontal irradiance or global horizontal irradiance?

Thanks for your help,
Peter
