The Updates area of the files
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EnergyPlus_Support/files/Updates/

Contains the issues addressed and known issues for the V1.2.2 release

The utilities area:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EnergyPlus_Support/files/Utilities/

contains the transition zip file (containing the transition program and 
supporting files) that will help take your V1.2.1 files to the new release 
version.

Objects that need revision are:
DOMESTIC HOT WATER
PLANT LOAD PROFILE
UNITARYSYSTEM:HEATPUMP:WATERTOAIR
COIL:WaterToAirHP:Cooling
COIL:WaterToAirHP:Heating

and a minor revision in (it still works in V1.2.2 but gives a warning):
DESICCANT DEHUMIDIFIER:SOLID

If you do not want to take advantage of the transition program, you can 
view the "Rules" spreadsheet which will tell you how to convert these 
objects to the new release.
