Sorry, we decided that TDVs were special enough interest that they needed 
to be given out separately.

I will put them in the "files area" shortly.  I forget if we will also make 
them available on the web site.

There is a TDV folder.  So, you will just unzip them and put them there (or 
in a location of your choice).

Again, apologies.

We are trying to cut down on the "big" requirements of the install file, 
including making the sample files available separately (and also as a 
single zip download).  In each case, we will likely put a folder on the 
install that is "ready" for such files.  But we didn't quite have 
everything ready for this release.  (Comments on this also welcome).
