[EnergyPlus_Support] Reheat system???

Dear,
   i have a doubt for reheat system.

   i found that in some reheat examples(for example,a series of 
examples for 5Zone-),there is main heating and cooling coil in air 
loop.But in most reheat examples,there is main cooling coil only.

   is it necessary to add main heating coil in primary air loop?
