I think what you've done is to put Zone North Door3 onto Zone North Surface 
East when you really want it on Zone North Surface West.

A very useful report for these situations is to use the

Report, Surfaces, Details;  This lines all subsurfaces up with their base 
surfaces and shows area, azimuth, tilt, for the surfaces.

When I made that change, the warning error went away.
