[EnergyPlus_Support] Weather Files -- Present Weather Codes

They are reasonably described in the Auxiliary programs document under 
Present Weather Observation and Present Weather Codes.  A small typo in 
that the present weather codes are a 9 character/digit field, which will be 
corrected in the interim release.

e.g.
a weather observation of 0
and
a weather codes field of 929999999

says that there is "heavy" rain for that data record.
