If you wish to simulate just a single day, create a new DesignDay object to 
define the weather conditions for that day (See Input Output Reference).  If 
you wish to create a longer period of days to months, then you need to create a 
custom weather file (see Auxiliary Programs Document).  This requires more than 
just temperature data - wind, solar, cloud cover at a minimum.
