[EnergyPlus_Support] Free Cooling

Dear all

Could you please explain the free cooling operation of the ERV for me?
Based on the IORefs, I think that the ERV only turn on its fans for 
ventilation during free cooling operation, and there is no heat 
recovery at all.
Am I right ?
