[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Overheating - New file uploaded to EnergyPlus_Support

This is a multiple-zone constant volume system with central DX cooling coil and
electric reheat coils. There are several issues here . . .

1. The input file has multiple SET POINT MANAGER:SINGLE ZONE REHEAT objects
(one for each controlled zone) which all place a setpoint on the same node.
All but the last of these will be ignored, because they will each overwrite the
previous setpoint in the order they are input.

2. If the intent is to control the cooling coil to meet the most demanding
zone cooling load, then use SET POINT MANAGER:WARMEST. If the intent is to
have one zone be the master zone, then use SET POINT MANAGER:SINGLE ZONE
COOLING. In either case, there should only be one set point manager placing a
setpoint on the cooling coil control node.

3. Nearly all of the EnergyPlus reheat terminal units currently control to
meet the cooling setpoint if there is a cooling load and to meet the heating
setpoint if there is a heating load. So, if a zone has a small heating load,
you will see reheat coil operation to temper the cold supply air to avoid
cooling beyond the cooling setpoint.
