[EnergyPlus_Support] Calculation of angular properties

  Dear all, 

  On EngineeringDoc.pdf, page 149, equation 154 doesn't have a signal
inconsistence?

  Here is the original form of it:

       R(phi) = rho(phi)*(1+T(phi)*exp(-alpha*d/cos(phi')))

  For me, the right form is (see the minus signal before "1"):

       R(phi) = rho(phi)*(-1+T(phi)*exp(-alpha*d/cos(phi')))
