If it's a standard ifc file, then you need the IFC to IDF converter that is 
an adjunct to EnergyPlus.  It is included in the V1.2.2 release as an 
optional component and I believe we are going to issue its setup separately 
as well.

It also has a manual of converting the ifc files to IDF.
