IDF Tutorial? No.  Online help?  Yes.

It's also described in the GettingStarted document.  It's pretty 
straightforward but it is an "intelligent editor" for creating IDF 
files, not a user friendly kind of interface that is going to lead 
you to create a proper building model.  You might enjoy using some of 
the more "lead by the hand" tools until you get the hang of what 
EnergyPlus needs.  DesignBuilder and Ecotect are both similar in this respect.

You might also be interested in "EP-Quick" -- which takes a slight 
different approach in starting off with some "typical" buildings and 
then going from there.  Or some of the other approaches.

In any case, all of these tools also create an IDFEditor readable 
input file (I believe).  You could use some of both.
