If that is from Window5, then you use the

CONSTRUCTION FROM WINDOW5 DATA FILE,
        \memo Initiates search of the Window5 data file for a window 
called Name.
   A1 , \field Name
        \required-field
        \type alpha
        \reference ConstructionNames
   A2 ; \field FileName
        \note default file name is "Window5DataFile.dat"
        \note limit on this field is 60 characters.

object.  In V1.2.2, we added the second field which can be a relative 
path name.  (or, I think could be a complete path specification -- 
but it has to be <= 60 characters).

If you are using EP-Launch to run, then you could put your file in 
the "DataSets" folder and put as the file name:

DataSets\<actual file name>
