[EnergyPlus_Support] convertBeta file

The convertBeta.zip file contains a beta test version of a utility
that converts the units in the ESO and MTR files.  It converts the ESO
and MTR files into another set of units using the convert.txt file.
The file is currently for IP units.  It is run after EnergyPlus and
before ReadVARS so that the CSV is created using the new units.  It
does not convert the Table files or any other files.

To install copy the three files contained in the zip into your
EnergyPlus directory. The files include:

convertESOMTR.exe - utility program
convert.txt - list of conversion factors used
EPL-RUN.bat - modified version that calls convertESOMTR

I welcome input on a convert.txt file for "commonly used" metric units
(i.e., kWh instead of J).
