[EnergyPlus_Support] brightness index

Dear all,
i was reading "window systems for high performance building" and i notice
some indices for example brightness and glare indices. It is written that
DOE -2 can calculate these indices. Is Energy Plus can also calculate
these indices? i checked reports but i didn't see any reference about it.
