The crash happens with two of the Shanghai weather files but not the third.

It happens with both the IWEC and SWERA weather files.  It does not 
happen with the CTYW file.

It does not happen at all with the latest developmental version.

So, my suggestion is to use the CTYW file for now.

If you want to track where something is failing, you can use the 
"pause during simulation" option on EP-Launch and then scroll up the 
Command window to see the last message.  Unless perhaps you are using 
an interface that hides that.
